Christine Berger is an experienced New Orleans–based legal recruiter specializing in associate, counsel, and partner placements across Texas, Louisiana, and the southeast. As a licensed attorney and HR professional, she brings firsthand experience from law firms, in-house legal departments, and executive leadership environments to every search she leads. Christine draws on her legal education from Loyola University College of Law and Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communications to understand legal practices and effectively represent her candidates to law firm clients.  

With strong personal and professional ties to Louisiana and Texas, Christine maintains deep relationships across New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Houston, Dallas, Austin, and surrounding markets. She has guided attorneys relocating between major markets, transitioning across state lines, and making important career decisions at pivotal stages of their professional paths. Known for her discretion, market insight, and measured approach, Christine serves as a trusted advisor to law firms and attorneys alike.
